I've been wanting to get over to see Crestone for quite a while and finally did during the music festival. But you guys sure do have to put up with a lot of bugs. I was told I was lucky I dint come over sooner or wouldve been sucked dry by the skeeters yu have there. I did get bitten by a couple of skeeters but also by these little flys that bite hard. And nats, and big flys, and everything else yu can think of almost. So my question is, how you have so many more bugs than anywhere else around here?

lol well obviously you havent figured it out either. Spraying isnt done in many places around the area but still not overrun with bugs like Crestone. An intelligent answer might have been a reference to all the nearby farms, pastures, and standing water with prevailing winds blowing everything east instead of replying with your version of some worn out hippie bug-hugging retoric. -

well to go back into the history of the past 200 years the overall reason we have bugs so much in crestone is because the twice raping of the valley. natives used to have to take a canoe across the valley. then came cattle then came farming. now DOES come the fact that most people don't understand that standing water helps bugs procreate BUT that shit wouldn't matter if we sprayed a pile of shit in the air.
