The Borg Collective has developed new guidelines for pre-assimilation preparation and will set up workshops in the area for that purpose. Workshops will be directed first to those groups of humans less important to society including but not limited to hippies, rope heads, and homeless people. Workshops will be located near fire hydrant facilities where hosing down of new candidates can be accomplished quickly as well as barbers and scrubbers being similarly provided. Final workshop sessions will complete pre-assimilation preparation through mental neutralization and sexual neutering of all new candidates.
